Something broken, something confusing, or a question about what is held about you: tap Send feedback in the menu under your picture, or email support@cques.ai. When a screen breaks it shows a short code and a Send it to the team button; one tap sends the code, which screen it was and the error, and nothing from your armory. The same fault always produces the same code.
What to expect
- Something is down or you cannot get in: same day.
- Something is broken but you can work around it: a few days.
- A request to see or delete what is held about you: within a week, and you can do both yourself from Profile, then Settings, without asking.
This is a small product run by two people. Those are honest targets rather than a contract.
What it cannot do yet
Written down so that a missing feature reads as “not yet” rather than “broken”.
- The shot timer hears shots through the phone’s microphone, and on a crowded live-fire range it can miss a shot or count a neighbor’s. Every time can be fixed before it is saved, and tap mode counts a shot each time you tap. It does not pair with a Bluetooth timer.
- Scoring a target from a photo finds the holes for you, and you check each one before it is saved. The live camera mode can miss a hole or see one that is not there.
- A score is fixed by adding a correction, not by editing it. Right after you save a string you can fix or void it, and a crew admin can take a wrong score off the board. Every version stays in the record; only the latest counts.
- There is no undelete. Deleting your account cannot be undone: your handle and name go at once, and your armory, photos and login are removed for good 30 days later.
- Serial numbers, a gun’s Records photos and 3D scans live on your phone. A gun’s main photo can also be kept on your account. Signing out removes the rest from the phone. The file you can save from a gun’s Records keeps its serial and details; Records photos and 3D scans are on that phone only.
- On any phone, open Calbr at calbr.app in the browser and add it to the home screen; it then works like an app, with no signal. On iPhone there is also the Calbr app.
- The app is English only, and dates and times follow your crew’s timezone rather than your phone’s.
- There is no web dashboard. It is built for a phone at a range and works with no signal; a wide screen just gets a wide version of the same thing.
Two things worth knowing when something goes wrong
Nothing you saved is lost when the app fails. Scores are written to your phone first and sent up afterwards, so a crash, a dead bar or a closed tab does not cost you the afternoon. If something has not synced, the Sync screen lists it and will retry.
A blank screen at a range is usually signal, not data. The app tells you when it is showing you a copy from your phone rather than a fresh answer, and the copy is real.
