Terms of use

Last updated October 18, 2026

Calbr is run by cques LLC, a Florida company. Using it means accepting what is below. It is short because the things that matter are few.

What this is

Calbr is a tool for a small group of people who shoot together to keep their own records and compare them. It is new software, and it keeps changing: features and screens change as it grows.

Scores in this app are not authoritative. They are what you and your crew typed in. They are not a competition result, not a qualification, not a certification, and not evidence of anything to anybody outside your crew.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older, and you must have been invited. There is no public sign-up: an account is created only for somebody holding a live invite from a crew, or a challenge, friend code or event code somebody shared with them. Each of those shared links brings one new person.

Using it reasonably

No objectionable content, no abuse

Calbr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. That means threats, harassment, hate, sexual content, anything illegal, and any photo or video of a firearm pointed at a person. Do not post it in a chat, a crew feed, a profile or anywhere else in Calbr.

Anyone can report a message, a post or a profile with Report, and block a person so they no longer see what that person posts. cques LLC reviews every report within 24 hours, removes what breaks these terms, and removes the account of whoever posted it.

Losing access

A crew admin can remove you from their crew at any time, for any reason, and does not have to explain it. cques LLC can withdraw access to Calbr entirely if the above is not followed.

Removal from a crew is not deletion of your account. Your own records stay yours, and you can download or delete them from Profile, then Settings.

Your data

What you enter stays yours. cques LLC does not sell it, does not advertise against it, and does not share it beyond the companies listed in the privacy notice, which also says exactly what deleting your account does and does not remove.

No warranty

This software is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it works, stays available, or keeps your data. It is backed up nightly and built to survive having no signal, and it is still new software: do not let it be the only record of anything you would mind losing. Serial numbers, a gun’s Records photos and 3D scans are kept on your phone and are not in that nightly backup. The file you can save from a gun’s Records holds the serial and details; the photos and scans are on that phone only.

To the extent the law allows, cques LLC is not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing in Calbr is advice about firearms, safety, training or the law in your state. Handling a firearm safely is yours alone, at the range and everywhere else.

Changes, and reaching us

These terms may change. The date at the top is when they last did. Questions go to support@cques.ai.

Copyright and takedown

The photos and scores you upload stay yours. If you believe something posted here infringes your copyright, write to support@cques.ai with the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized and your notice is accurate. We remove or disable material covered by a valid notice and tell whoever posted it; repeat infringers lose their account. This is our notice-and-takedown process for copyright complaints.
